The time is here, are you ready? Google had set July 2018 as the deadline for all websites to migrate over to using an SSL encryption. They have been pushing for more security for years now via their blog as well as the Google Search Console. Due to the complexity of migrating to an HTTPS site, many companies have not fully adopted this push for more website security. However, the deadline for when sites need to become secure is upon us.
